NOTES:

The above Unaudited Financial esults were reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors on 27th January 2007. The income from operation of Quater rose by 38% over the sales for the corresponding quater last year. the PBT for the Quater under review increased by 25.78% over the PBT for the same quater last year. The company has received ISO : 9001 certification for its production facilities. During the Quater under rewiew, 10 investor complaints were received and all were resolved. There were no complaints pending either at the begining or at the end of quater. The Company caters to only one segment i.e.'Phaarmaceutical Formulations'.
