| 1. During the quarter under review, the turnover and the net profit of the company has increased by 12% as compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 2. The company has received 2 (two) complaints during the quarter under review which were duly redressed to the satisfaction of the shareholders and as such, there were no pending complains as on 30th September, 2003. 3. The Company is exclusively in the Pharmaceutical business segment. 4 The above financial results were taken on record by the Board at its meeting held on 23rd October, 2003. |
